How to create a DayZ server with DNSworld
Before Starting
Here are a few things to consider before starting a DayZ server
You will need to ensure DayZ is installed onto your computer. Download DayZ on Steam (opens in a new tab) if you haven't already.

Server Setup
How to setup your server using the DNSworld dashboard.
Login
Log into your account to access the DNSworld dashboard.
Activate Server
Once your account has been created and have logged-in, you will have to choose DayZ from the drop-down menu and press ACTIVATE BETA SERVER. This will automatically create your server.
Access Your Server
Your server will show up under Your Servers. Click onto your DayZ server as shown below to access your server dashboard.
Obtain Server IP and Port
Once logged into your server dash on the top ribbon click on the network tab to access your server IP address and Port. These will be crucial when connecting to your server in game. We recommend keeping this page open to easily access your IP address and port when launching the game.
Connect through DayZ
Once you have the network tab open, simply open DayZ and select Servers from the main menu. Once there simply click on the Online Play option and then in the bottom right corner select Show all servers.
Direct Connect
On the bottom ribbon select Direct Connection and insert your IP Address and Port before pressing Add to favorites. Once done press Connect.
Mods Options
Simply select the Keep Current Selection and Join, if no mods are listed above. If you uploaded mods onto your server, simply select the first option to download the additional files needed to join the server.
Accept EULA
Once pressed it will make you accept the EULA which you need to accept. Once accepted the server will automatically connect you within 30 seconds to a minute.
